It was personal though and I was determined to at least save the wreck So I left and returned with my new cyclops, the Warpath, and my Seamoth, Hornet. I came back well armed to kill the leviathan and repair the cyclops, but I found out when I got there that the cyclops could not in fact be repaired, the EDZ went down basically forever and also that up to three ghost leviathans would spawn within 2 min of me being over the EDZ and below 500m. I didn't know at the time that the cyclops would explode and kill me so I stayed trying to save it when I probably could've escaped and at least my saved my Prawn suit. I was traveling through the deep grand reef in my Cyclops, the Barracuda, and was attacked by a Ghost Leviathan (Its name was Davey Jones according to the map with the leviathan's names) To avoid it I tried to take cover along the side of the cliff of what I now understand to be the EDZ, there I tried to load and fire off a decoy, but the Ghost Leviathan finished the cyclops off.
